Speaks excellent English and his practice is very near the Bernkastel-Kues
bridge over the River Mosel on the South bank of the river. His rates are very
reasonable charging under 20 Euros. He has a morning and evening surgery. His

Bernkastel-Kues is one of the gems of Germany. It is full of half timbered
houses surrounded by vineyards. It is an easy drive to Calais. Bernkastel-Kues
is an ideal location to do a stop over on the way back to the UK. The Inn in the
village of Monzelfeld above Bernkastel-Kues is dog friendly. The breakfast is
good and the nearby farmers fields are ideal for walking your pet. Their website

Your website was most helpful in locating a vet in Berkastel during a recent visit to the Moselle Valley. Dr Christian Marks, who is listed on your site, was not available on the date we required treatment for our labrador dog but be put us in contact with Dr Annette Trimborn-Sprute who provides a mobile veterinary service for small animals such as dogs and cats. Dr Sprute visited us at our accommodation and carried out the treatment on site saving us the difficulty of locating premises in a strange town. It was extremely easy to organise by e-mail and she arrived on site at the agreed time and completed all the relevant paperwork after completing her examination and treatment. Her charge was 55 Euros which I was happy to pay for an excellent service.
